During a recent appearance on Theo Von’s This Past Weekend podcast, Lainey Wilson humorously recalled when HARDY treated her and her crew to a strip club visit in Huntsville, Alabama, as an end-of-tour gift during their 2023 Fall tour together. HARDY handed her 100 one-dollar bills with a “Have fun” send-off, although they missed the infamous “biscuits and gravy night” at the club. “They were like, ‘Y’all gotta come back for biscuits and gravy night,’” Wilson recalled, before adding, “And I thought, ‘That’s nice’, you know, sit around eating some biscuits and gravy. No, they’re rolling around in the gravy, and people are throwing the biscuits.” In addition to the strip club story, Wilson showed the host her custom engagement ring from fiancé Devlin ‘Duck’ Hodges, while promoting the recent release of the deluxe edition of Whirlwind and also revealing that she’s already working on her next album.
